2026年，Processing 将迎来25周年。为纪念这一时刻，Processing Community Day（PCD）将以全球庆祝活动的形式回归！PCD是一个由社区主导的全球活动网络，汇聚了来自世界各地的艺术家、设计师、技术专家、教育工作者和开源社区。距离上一届的PCD上海已过了7年，此次的活动也是使用Processing 以及p5.js 的本土创意编程工作者们线下的一次重新连接。除此以外，我们也欢迎对Processing，p5.js，以及创意编程感兴趣的非专业人士的加入。

In 2026, Processing turns 25. To mark the occasion, Processing Community Day (PCD) returns as a worldwide celebration! PCD is a global network of community-led events that brings together artists, designers, technologists, educators, and open-source communities around the world. It has been seven years since the last PCD Shanghai. This event aims to establish a reconnection for local creative developers working with Processing and p5.js.

主题工作坊类 Themed Workshops
引领参与者使用Processing 或p5.js 动手实践完成一个小项目。
须提交简易的个人介绍，工作坊的预计时长，内容纲要，人数建议，所需硬件或软件以及其他物料，可能的实践成果描述。
You are expected to guide the participants to complete a small hands-on project using Processing or p5.js.
A short bio, the estimated duration of the workshop, an outline of the workshop content, suggested number of participants, required hardware/software and other materials, and a description of potential outcomes are required to be submitted.

主题分享类 20 Mins Presentation
分享你本人/参与的使用Processing 或p5.js 完成的或正在进行中的作品/项目，开发的经历，幕后的故事。
须提交简易的个人介绍，分享内容的图文介绍或将使用的演示文档，有项目的在线链接更佳。
You are expected to share your own or your team's completed or in-progress works/projects created using Processing or p5.js. Development process and stories are very welcome.
A short bio, a summary of the presentation content with images/text or the slides are required to be submitted, and preferably an online link to the project.

内容语言 Language
由于活动受众来自不同国家，从总体交流的流畅性考量出发，我们鼓励主讲人尽可能地使用英语来进行分享，但我们也欢迎中文以及其他语言的内容贡献。
为了让活动尽可能地照顾到不同语言的使用群体，我们会在可执行的条件下组织不同语言的子活动群集，让参与者可以选择他们偏好的语言群集。若有必要且条件允许，我们也会提供同步口译服务。
As we expect an international audience, we encourage presentations in English whenever possible, although contributions in Chinese and other languages are also welcome.

在收到超过预期数量的项目提交情况下，我们会对所有提交内容进行审阅平衡，并策划制定一份会呈现不同类型项目、观点与创作方式的议程，我们将在活动开始前约两周通知所有提交者审核结果。
In the event that we receive more project submissions than can be accommodated, the organizers will review the submissions and curate a program that aims to offer a balanced and engaging range of projects, perspectives, and approaches. We will notify all submitters of the outcome approximately two weeks before the event begins.
